If you are looking for a warm and welcoming Church family we would be delighted to have you join us and be a part of our community.  We value the depth of our Anglican tradition while embracing the movement of God’s Holy Spirit who is always leading us into new and wonderful things.  We have a vibrant ministry both to children and to seniors alike.  We have strong commitment to pastoral care, Christian education, and outreach to our community. We seek to embrace the breadth of Anglicanism by offering a variety of liturgies (services), both traditional and contemporary.  In all things we seek to serve and love God in Christ Jesus.

The Rev. Robert Sweet, Interim Priest in Charge

Sept. 25 sermon

Fr. Rob was born in Africa to missionary parents. He grew up in Toronto, and served there as a police officer for twenty years. While participating in worship and ministry at his home church, he felt the call to pastoral ministry. And so he left police work to study theology at the University of Toronto, Wycliffe College. He graduated in 1994, and was ordained the same year, before going to the Diocese of Saskatchewan. In 2004, he was appointed Dean of Caledonia and Rector of the Cathedral, in Prince Rupert, British Columbia.  After 15 years in the west, he returned to Ontario where he has served at churches in Parry Sound and Brighton. Upon retirement in 2013, he was appointed an honorary assistant at St. Paul’s, L’Amoreaux.  Fr. Rob will be with us until the selection process for our new priest has ended.
